Hampton Inn is a suitable place for families and is conveniently located about a quarter of a mile from the Strip, with Free Shuttle Service to the Strip as well as to and from the Airport. Seventy five rooms at the group discount of $113 per room for double occupancy have been reserved in the name of Shiraz University Association. This is an excellent rate for a comparable hotel for that time. A maximum of 4 guests can be in a room. There will be an additional charge of $6 per person for the 3 rd and the 4th guests. There will be complimentary hot breakfasts for the guests as well as free parking. For guests who would like to stay longer, the same rate will be applicable also for 2 days prior and 2 days after the meeting.

We strongly advise friends to take advantage of the discount rate and make their reservations from now until July.22,2006. After that date, the number of rooms available at the discount rate will be cut by half every month and if our group does not have enough rooms by October 22 nd, the hotel will charge us substantial rents for the meeting space. Please make your hotel reservation NOW, and if for some reason you cannot attend the meeting you can cancel your hotel reservation 72 hours prior to the arrival date with no penalty.
