SUA Committees

 

Permanent Committees:
The Corporation shall have the following permanent committees:

1. Membership committee.
2. Fund raising committee.
3. Conference / Reunion committee.
4. Committee on Exchange of Experts.
5. Student and Faculty Help Committee.
6. Scholarship and Research Committee.

Each of these committees shall have at least five (5) members, two of whom shall be members of the Board of Directors. One of the director committee members shall act as chair of the committee. The members of the permanent committees shall serve for three (3) year terms, subject to the right of the Board to remove any committee member prior to expiration of his or her term.
